We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Concession Manager at Myer Bondi in New South Wales. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a sales consultant team and ensuring the store operates efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Use available data and reports to drive informed business decisions for the benefit of both the company and customers\
  • Coach and provide regular feedback to your team on understanding products and delivering exceptional customer experiences\
  • Lead the team to achieve store operations excellence through effective stock management and loss prevention activities\
  • Attract, engage, and retain top talent, building a strong team culture and succession planning for future success\
  • Maintain a safe working environment for all employees and visitors, focusing on promoting employee wellbeing\
  • Create and manage a compliant store roster that balances customer needs with team requirements\
  • Understand the brand strategy and communicate its importance to the team, highlighting their role in delivering it\
  • Model organisational values to foster a team experience that encourages learning, ownership, and shared success\
