We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Parking Operations Manager to join our team at Scentre Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a pivotal leadership role in ensuring the efficient management of our car park operations.
Main Responsibilities- Lead and Develop the Parking Team: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team to provide exceptional customer experiences.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and implement improvements for the parking experience.
- Oversee Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) while maintaining overall operational awareness.
- Analyse Data and Identify Trends: Analyse data to identify trends and insights that drive future enhancements.
- Maintain Safety Standards: Ensure safety standards are maintained within the car park, partnering with relevant teams.
- Manage WH&S Documentation: Work with the Centre Risk and Security Manager to manage Workplace Health and Safety (WH&S), including reviewing and updating WH&S documentation such as the WH&S Management Plan, Traffic Management Plan, and Peak Traffic Flow Plan.
- Familiarity with Systems: Familiarity with systems and a quick ability to learn new procedures, while also sharing your existing skills with the team.
- Leadership Experience: Experience in leading high-performing teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Data Analysis Skills: Proficiency in reading and analysing data to identify trends and gain insights.
