Electrical Project Lead Role

The role involves overseeing the execution of electrical shutdowns and maintenance projects across multiple sites.

  • Spearhead end-to-end delivery of electrical shutdowns and maintenance projects.
  • Direct and motivate site-based electrical teams to achieve safe and efficient outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with all electrical safety legislation, mine site requirements, and organizational policies.
  • Craft project planning, scheduling, budgets, and reporting.
  • Promote continuous improvement in safety, quality, and work processes.
About You
  • A qualified Electrician with an active QLD Electrical Licence.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in electrical project or shutdown management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver large-scale electrical projects safely and efficiently.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
  • Strong leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills.
