About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Support Officer to play a pivotal role in supporting the successful delivery of our project.

This position provides high-level administrative, governance, and operational support to the project team, ensuring compliance with governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.

  • Support the project team in managing approvals, escalations, and reporting processes.
  • Provide administrative and operational support, including scheduling meetings and preparing agendas.
  • Assist in preparing, reviewing, and distributing project documentation, including reports and presentations.
  • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
  • Develop and maintain project registers, including risk, issue, and decision registers.

You will also provide Records Management Support for the project team and regularly monitor and report on project budget, schedule, and resource usage.

Essential Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience providing project support in a complex environment.
  • Understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills.
