Civil Engineer
Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to lead a project delivery team in achieving client commitments and building client advocacy and confidence.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience planning and managing projects through all stages of project delivery, as well as demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
They will be responsible for managing commercial risk, negotiating with stakeholders, and recruiting, managing, training, and mentoring staff.
The successful candidate will also contribute to sustainable profit generation and growth, manage financial targets, including budgets and profitability, and assist Principal Engineers with forecasted workloads.
Key Skills and Qualifications:- Proven experience in planning and managing projects
- Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
- Experience in budgeting, commercial acumen, and risk management
- High level industry awareness and engagement
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
