This position requires an individual to lead a team in ensuring warehouse operations run smoothly. The successful candidate will have the autonomy to make decisions and continually grow professionally.

The ideal candidate will possess operational experience working in a high-volume warehouse environment for at least 2 years. They should also hold a Forklift Licence (High Reach, Counter Balance & Double Deep).

Proven customer-facing experience with the ability to deliver superior customer service is essential. Additionally, the candidate must be able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders and demonstrate leadership skills.

A clear understanding of inventory management and the investigation process is also required. Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) are a must.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team to ensure objectives are communicated and achieved on a daily basis
  • Ensure operational performance across all functions, including inbound/outbound/picking/packing/inventory
  • Support and drive inventory control and accuracy across the operation
  • Maintain stock integrity in the warehouse, adhering to policies and procedures
  • Follow safe work practices and work instructions

Requirements:
