As a dynamic and adaptable leader, you will be responsible for managing village operations.
Job Description:This role involves leading daily operations across accommodation, food service and facility management, while also building strong relationships with your team and clients.
- Manage budgets, staff training, compliance and daily operations.
- Lead teams to perform at their best by fostering a culture of safety, service and teamwork.
Key responsibilities include rostering, budget management, stock control and reporting. Your goal is to create an environment where people feel valued and supported.
About You:We are looking for a leader with experience in hospitality, accommodation or remote site operations. You should have well-developed financial acumen, including budget and cost control, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth.
