Job Title: Site Administrators

The role of a Site Administrator is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of village facilities and services.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to Village Managers and leadership team
  • Manage site systems, including INX, SAMS, SAP, or RMS
  • Ensure the smooth operation of village facilities and services
  • Support rostering and time & attendance
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Collaborate with other teams to achieve village goals

Village managers are responsible for overseeing daily operations and managing staff, while leadership teams focus on strategic planning and decision-making. As a Site Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting these teams and contributing to the success of our villages.

Requirements:
  • Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong experience in site systems, including INX, SAMS, SAP, or RMS
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience as a FIFO Site Administrator
  • Excellent communication skills

In addition to your technical skills, we are looking for individuals who possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills. Passion for hospitality and customer service is essential.
