Key Role

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to our Physics & Oncology team. You will be responsible for promoting our QA and Radiation Safety portfolio to customers across various sectors.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to achieve business objectives while being the key technical and customer point of contact.
  • Interpret and manage quotations, coordinate service requests, collect and prepare performance reporting, and use Medical Physics knowledge to help customers with requests and queries.
  • Lead quotation interpretation and management with principal partners, coordinate and track service requests, and deliver business reporting and performance analysis to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exhibit at industry and scientific symposiums, collaborate with Regulatory & Quality teams to support product approvals and compliance, and provide training and support to technical and clinical staff on device usage and safety.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's, Master's or PhD in Medical Physics, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
  • Certification or eligibility for certification by ACPSEM or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical or industry setting, with experience in Radiation Therapy and radiation safety.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements for medical devices, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.
