Cabin Crew Townsville Job Description

As a Cabin Crew member in Townsville, you will provide exceptional customer service to passengers on domestic and international flights.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Providing excellent customer service to passengers
  • Ensuring the safety and security of passengers and crew
  • Assisting with emergency situations on board
  • Contributing to a positive and inclusive team environment

Requirements:

  • At least 18 years old
  • Minimum 2 years in a high-pressure customer service role
  • No visible tattoos while wearing the Cabin Crew uniform
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Able to swim at least 50 metres without assistance
  • Eligible for an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
