Digital Marketing Strategist for Property Development

Role OverviewThis permanent position involves developing and executing marketing strategies for Stockland's development product across Melbourne. The role requires effective promotion and positioning of products to support delivery of Stockland's vision and outcomes, ensuring enquiry and sales momentum.
Key Responsibilities- Support state and community project goals by delivering key product marketing activities against marketing targets.
- Plan, execute, and manage strategies aligning with national and local campaigns, product releases, customer communication planning, content development, online and offline channel management, brand/product positioning, and digital marketing channel maintenance.
- Collaborate with Marketing Specialists – Development to monitor and guide product marketing communication initiatives and effectiveness at a local level.
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders and key builder partners to deliver initiatives leveraging the Stockland brand, driving new enquiry, and supporting sales targets and conversion.
- Ensure all content is consistent with Stockland's brand guidelines and messaging.
- Analyse trends, customer needs, and preferences; provide data-driven insights on identified gaps, design future products, and competitive analysis to enhance Stockland's development product across communities.
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field.
- Relevant experience in marketing or product roles.
- Property industry background with another developer, home builder, or similar.
- Experience in developing successful marketing campaigns, including planning, communication, and implementation.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
