About This Opportunity

We are currently seeking production operators to join our team on a permanent basis at the QCoal Northern Hub Project in Collinsville.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently to maximise productivity.
  • Maintain adherence to our operational procedures and safety standards.

Benefits Package

  • Opportunity to earn up to $130,000 plus superannuation and market payments.
  • Attendance allowance - $250 per fortnight.
  • Bulk invoice processing from Townsville.
  • Camp accommodation close to the mine site.
  • Even time roster of 7 / 7 rotating days/nights - 12hr shifts.

About You

  • Experience operating at least one production mining equipment on a mine site (Rear Dump Truck, Dozer, Grader, or Excavator).
  • Verified machinery skills list (Signed Training Transcripts).
  • A proactive attitude with the desire to work reliably as part of a team.
  • Current Standard 11 and current driver's license.
  • A commitment to a positive safety culture.
