Digital Creative Manager

We are seeking an innovative and analytical professional to drive our digital creative strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for scaling high-performing assets across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transform data-driven insights into actionable strategies by identifying high-impact opportunities across digital media channels, and collaborating with stakeholders to create a clear creative roadmap.
  • Streamline creative workflows and harness AI to develop, optimize, analyze, and produce impactful digital assets at scale.
  • Rapidly test, learn, and scale top-performing creative across digital channels and regions.
Requirements:
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of using data to inform creative decisions and optimize performance.
  • Deep understanding of digital channels and ability to adapt content to each platform's formats, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with ability to ideate, iterate, and deliver high-quality content quickly.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools or ability to source new tools to streamline content production and testing.
  • Exceptional relationship and stakeholder management skills to facilitate seamless cross-functional collaboration.
