About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Mecwacare. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in inventory management and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring seamless receipt, storage, and distribution of supplies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory management systems across multiple locations, utilizing expertise in 3PL software.
  • Coordinate timely deliveries and strategic restocking for events and daily operations.
  • Ensure quality control and dispatch accuracy while meeting service standards.
  • Create and maintain a safe, organized workplace aligned with WH&S requirements.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships to deliver operational excellence.
  • Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers.

About You:

  • You have proven experience in inventory management and logistics, with a strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate stock records.
  • You hold a valid Driver's license and Forklift License, with a strong commitment to WH&S policies and procedures.
  • You possess excellent organizational skills, able to manage high-volume environments effectively.
  • You have effective communication and teamwork skills, ensuring smooth operations.
  • You are physically fit and capable of handling the demands of a fast-paced setting.
  • Aged Care or Health care Industry Experience is highly desirable.
