Lead Healthcare Professional

As a Lead Healthcare Professional, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and supervision to care teams including Nurses, Personal Carers & Allied Health staff.

  • Developing care plans in consultation with the resident, family/carer and other members of the care team.
  • Promoting a culture of service delivery that aims to improve the lifestyle experiences of residents.

To be successful, you will have current Division 1 Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA, minimum 2+ years' experience as a Registered Nurse, demonstrated experience in clinical governance, accreditation and AN-ACC, and valid working rights in Australia.

You will also be required to complete a police check, have background checks and references, current flu season vaccination (or willing to obtain), evidence of Covid-19 vaccination, NDIS Clearance (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement) and Qualifications/AHPRA.
