What You'll Do

As the Acting Centre Manager, you'll lead with compassion, ensuring smooth operations while fostering a supportive, inclusive, and creative environment for children, staff, and families. You'll have the rewarding responsibility of guiding your team, celebrating successes, and shaping an enriching space for all who walk through the doors.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll bring a mix of heart, leadership, and professional knowledge.

  • Diploma or Higher Qualification: Hold a Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor equivalent in Early Childhood.
  • Valid WWCC: Possess a valid Working with Children Check.
  • First Aid/CPR Certificate: Hold a current First Aid/CPR Certificate.
  • Sound Knowledge: Have sound knowledge of Child Safe Standards, EYLF, and NQS.
  • Training in Child Protection: Possess training in child protection, Red Nose, and food safety.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Demonstrate exceptional communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Showcase a proactive, collaborative spirit with a passion for excellence in early education.
