We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team at Yooralla, a leading disability service provider in Victoria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support adults with disability in Residential Accommodation, promoting their independence and well-being
  • Develop and implement personalized plans to address individual needs and goals
  • Provide assistance with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and mobility
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families, and carers to ensure high-quality support
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Positive attitude, initiative, and self-motivation
  • Effective communication skills and good English literacy
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team
  • Experience in manual handling and supporting clients with personal care activities
  • Australian Driver Licence and the right to work in Australia
  • Ability to obtain a First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certificate
