Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Testing Lead to oversee the end-to-end testing process on a large-scale CRM replacement initiative. This role will involve managing testing activities, defining and implementing testing strategies, and ensuring the integrity of system logic, data flows, and smooth migration into Salesforce.

About the Role:

  • Lead and manage testing activities across Salesforce CRM implementation projects.
  • Define and implement testing strategies, including functional, regression, integration, and UAT.
  • Manage testers, ensuring high-quality execution and coordination.
  • Oversee system and data testing to validate end-to-end connectivity and data migration.
  • Ensure data accuracy and synchronization between Salesforce and integrated platforms.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders during scoping, development, and execution phases.

Key Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of test management experience.
  • 5+ years of managing Salesforce projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data models, objects, fields, profiles, and permissions.
  • Experience with Salesforce modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of STLC, QA methodologies, and test types.
  • Experience in both manual and automated testing.
  • Proficiency in SQL and database testing.
  • Experience with Azure Cloud environments.
  • Background in financial services is highly desirable.
