Job OverviewThis role involves being the key point of contact for new and existing clients, managing their care journey from initial consultation through to ongoing support.
The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess excellent time management skills. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of seniors and their families.
Key Responsibilities:- ">
- Develop and Manage Care Plans: Create personalized care plans that meet client goals and preferences, ensuring clear understanding of services and costs.
- Experience: Must have experience working with seniors, ideally in aged care or home care, and familiarity with Home Care Packages is highly desirable.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office—especially Excel, Word, and Outlook, and strong admin and time management skills are essential.
This position offers a car allowance and laptop provided, exciting team social events, and employee assistance program access. You'll also enjoy your birthday off every year and flexible working hours.
