National HSEC Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to support safe, compliant, and high-performing operations across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and continuously improve HSE policies, standards, and procedures across multiple sites.
  • Lead incident investigations and support root cause analysis.
  • Partner with regional leadership to deliver strategic HSE outcomes aligned with business priorities.
  • Coach frontline leaders to embed a proactive safety culture and drive accountability.
  • Deliver and oversee HSE training, audits, and compliance assessments.
  • Ensure alignment with Federal and State Regulations and industry standards.
  • Manage health, injury management, and return-to-work programs.
  • Represent the organization with regulatory bodies, industry forums, and community stakeholders.

About You:
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related discipline (preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in a senior HSE role, ideally within high-risk industries.
  • Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 systems.
  • Demonstrated success influencing HSE culture and driving performance improvement across multiple sites.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

The successful candidate will be provided relocation assistance, choice of DIDO or FIFO, and a competitive remuneration package.
