As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cargo handling services. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where no two days are ever the same.

We are currently seeking highly motivated and skilled individuals to join our Cargo Service Delivery Agent team at Perth International Airport. As a Cargo Service Delivery Agent, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, while also working safely and efficiently to load and unload cargo.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess a strong attention to detail. You will also need to be physically fit, as this role requires manual handling of heavy equipment and lifting of cargo.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload cargo in a safe and efficient manner
  • Operate forklifts as required
  • Anticipate and resolve problems
  • Liaise with internal/external clients, management and other relevant parties
  • Follow direction during shift to achieve required timely aircraft scheduled departures
  • Accurate data entry and processing of import/export information utilising the operating systems
  • Correct processing of all cargo handling documentation
  • Perform cargo handling duties using automated cargo handling system packing/unpacking ULD's and loose cargo, as directed
