Occupational Therapist Opportunity

Job Summary:

  • Manage a caseload of elderly clients, conducting in-home assessments and reviews to enhance their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct home visits for elderly clients, assessing their needs and developing care plans.
  2. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.

Requirements:

  • AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
  • 2-3 years' experience working as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Background in community care or aged care preferred.
  • Strong clinical reasoning and time management skills.
