**Relief Support Worker Role Summary**
This role involves providing support to individuals with learning disabilities in a variety of settings. As a Relief Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of these individuals by assisting them with daily activities and providing emotional support.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships with the people you work with. You will also need to be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a genuine passion for supporting others and a positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities. They will also need to be a driver.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with learning disabilities with daily activities
- Provide emotional support to individuals with learning disabilities
- Build meaningful relationships with the people you work with
- Work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Requirements:
