Support Worker Opportunities

We are seeking Support Workers to join our team in providing assistance and support to individuals with learning disabilities.

The role involves working with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs. You will play a vital role in assisting with daily activities, providing emotional support, and helping individuals to achieve their goals.

About the Role

This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting others. As a Support Worker, you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of the people we support.

You will work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and will be required to drive. We offer various contract options, including full-time and part-time roles, as well as sleep-in opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals with daily activities, such as personal care and household tasks
  • Provide emotional support and help individuals to build meaningful relationships
  • Help individuals to achieve their goals and aspirations
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the team to ensure high-quality support
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
