About This Role

This position involves overseeing the management of a luxury estate comprising 110 properties, including high-end common areas with modern facilities.

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure exceptional asset management and maintenance.
  • Participate in regular meetings with committees to ensure effective communication regarding building activities.
  • Manage large strata plans, implementing and communicating property by-laws.
  • Coordinate statutory certifications and inspections of common properties.
  • Oversee defect management, contractor coordination, warranty planning, and project plan implementation.
  • Continuously improve preventative maintenance scopes and specifications.
  • Review operating manuals and tender service contracts.
  • Organize, manage, and monitor estate operations for cost efficiency and income streams.

Develop and maintain relationships with property stakeholders, owners, tenants, clients, and committees, ensuring a high level of customer service.

Maintain the estate's exceptional presentation and standards.
