Mortgage Broker Role

We are seeking ambitious and driven individuals to fill our Mortgage Broker position. This opportunity involves working in the residential lending space, requiring a strong passion for property investment.

No lead generation is required – we will provide all qualified leads directly into your calendar.

This role is commission-only with a negotiable retainer for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing files and saving supporting documents according to our procedures.
  • Ability to review and understand credit reports.
  • Submitting pricing discount requests via lender/broker portals.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing valuation requests for properties through different lenders' website portals.
  • E nsuring compliance with all relevant company and regulatory guidelines.
  • Providing professional, effective, and efficient service to internal and external clients.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking or Diploma in Mortgage Broking.
  • At least 2 years of experience in mortgage broking and/or residential property investment.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal formats.
  • A strong focus on customer service and high level of professionalism.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Personable, result-driven, and growth-focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
