Mortgage Broker Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mortgage Broker to join our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, providing expert advice on residential and commercial lending.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personable and tailored advice to clients
- Maintaining strong relationships with lenders and business development managers
- Leveraging existing clients, referrals, and leads to write high volumes of loans
- Building and developing strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Working with industry professionals to help take the business to the next level and identify new opportunities
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of residential lending and ability to manage/settle high volume of loans
- Capable of providing sound lending advice and structuring complex loans
- Qualified and accredited Mortgage Broking professional
- Professional approach, along with strong communication and client servicing skills
- Ability to convert leads and foster ongoing relationships
