We are seeking a dedicated and passionate educator to work with children from six weeks to six years old.

About the Role

Your primary responsibility will be to create a safe, stimulating, and engaging environment that fosters the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of our children. You will work collaboratively with experienced colleagues to develop and implement programmes that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement high-quality programmes that align with national standards.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with families through regular communication, reporting, and feedback.
  • Lead and mentor educators in their practice, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care and education.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive centre culture, reflecting values of connection, communication, and consideration.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with children up to six years old.
  • Demonstrated ability to adhere to the ECA code of Ethics and the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child.
  • Current Valid Working with Children Check and First Aid certification.
