Commencing as soon as possible, St Peters Lutheran College is seeking to appoint a Head of Exceptional Learners on a full-time basis located at our Indooroopilly School.

St Peters is a Co-Educational Day and Boarding School of the Lutheran Church located on 52 acres just 7 kilometres from Brisbane CBD. Established in 1945 St Peters has developed an enviable reputation in academic scholarship, pastoral care and breadth of co-curricular programs, through which it seeks to provide an exceptional student experience. Together Academic Staff and Corporate Staff provide an outstanding educational environment for students to grow and flourish.

The purpose of this role is to work in close partnership with the Heads of our Sub-School (Junior High and Senior School), Heads of Curriculum, Curriculum Leaders and the Director of Teaching and Learning Innovation to support teachers in maximising student learning, particularly the exceptional learners. The role includes the leadership and oversight of all exceptional learner programs Primary Years through to Year 12.
