The Opportunity

We're seeking a Junior and a Senior Civil Designer to join their Sunshine Coast or Nth Brisbane teams. This isn't just another design role; it's an opportunity to be part of something long-term.

They are actively investing in the next generation of leaders. For the right Senior Designer, the Senior role offers a pathway to associate or director level and even equity in the business.

Whether you are a Junior Designer or a Senior Designer; you'll:

  • Work on a diverse project portfolio – from subdivisions and townhouses to shopping centres, council infrastructure, and sporting precincts.
  • Engage directly with clients and councils through meetings, presentations, and site visits.
  • Collaborate with experienced engineers and project managers in a supportive, team-based environment.
  • As a Senior - you will mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth of the business.

Every day will bring variety, challenge, and the chance to see your designs become reality.

About You

We're looking for someone with:

  • 4+ years' experience in civil design across residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
  • Strong skills in 12D and Civil 3D (experience with Drains, Music, and 2FLOW also valued).
  • A Diploma (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering Design.
  • Knowledge of local authority standards and requirements.
  • A collaborative, hands-on approach and the confidence to work directly with clients and stakeholders.
