Home Support Professional

We are seeking a passionate and caring Home Support Professional to join our team. As a Home Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes.

Your daily tasks will include assisting with day-to-day activities such as cleaning, tidying, washing, and other tasks within the client's care plan. You will also provide transportation to appointments and shopping, prepare meals, and offer social support or respite for family/carers.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a genuine passion for providing care to older Australians in the community. You should be comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people and be a reliable team player. An understanding of workplace health and safety is also essential.

The successful candidate will possess a Certificate 3 or 4 in Individual Support (but not essential), an Australian driver's licence, and access to a registered motor vehicle. We offer a competitive hourly pay rate, Km reimbursement (99c per Km), paid travel time, and not-for-profit tax benefits so you pay less tax.
