As a key team member, you will:
- Manage and support daily inventory information for various branches.
- Review and execute stock replenishments at scheduled times.
- Coordinate annual stocktakes with the Inventory team and branch managers.
- Create new part numbers and descriptions according to organisational requirements.
- Communicate with branches to correct inaccuracies in their stock profiles.
- Review branch orders and transfers to update ERP accuracies.
For this position, we're looking for someone with intermediate administration skills, effective communication skills, and the ability to multitask while remaining organised.
Computer literacy at an intermediate level, especially with Excel, is also required. A determination to problem solve and seek improvements is essential.
Inventory management and industry knowledge are highly valued but not mandatory.
