- Identify emerging issues, risks, and opportunities and provide timely expert advice to the Commissioner and Minister.

- Lead financial requirements and compliance initiatives ensuring industry fairness regulations are met.

- Oversee licensing services for a consistent transparent process.

- Ensure efficient and effective customer contact centres providing a positive experience.

- Be accountable under the relevant Act.

- Support Board and committee meetings when required.

- Drive service delivery improvements and outcomes for the community.

- Foster collaboration with stakeholders promoting awareness of the Commission's aims.
