We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to enhance our sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior management to formulate territory and account strategies aimed at driving sales growth in the Mexico region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing relationships with existing clients.
- Approach complex challenges with well-considered solutions, actively building a prospect list and engaging in cold outreach, while valuing the importance of networking.
- Oversee financial resources related to your projects, including budget monitoring and providing insights for financial decisions affecting your projects.
- Demonstrate a commitment to learning the business and contributing to the company's long-term growth, investing time in relationship-building to secure new accounts.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success in new business development, including cold calling, setting appointments, and closing deals.
- Preferred 8+ years of experience in sales and account management within the transportation sector.
- Experience in B2B sales involving intricate agreements.
- Strong understanding of the sales planning process.
- Ability to engage with various levels of customers, from entry-level to senior executives.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, along with strong interpersonal and customer relationship abilities.
- Proven negotiation skills with a successful closing track record.
- High energy and a genuine enthusiasm for sales.
- Capability to work independently with minimal supervision while also thriving in a team environment.
- A degree in marketing or a business-related field is advantageous.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential.
