Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing documentation and contracts throughout the project lifecycle. This includes preparing and distributing contractual agreements, procuring and managing subcontractors and suppliers, and maintaining accurate financial information.
Responsibilities:
- Manage project documentation from tender through to project completion.
- Prepare and distribute contractual agreements, including subcontractor agreements.
- Assist in the procurement and management of subcontractors and suppliers.
- Maintain accurate financial information and assist with variations.
- Coordinate project meetings and prepare related documentation.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar Contracts Administrator role (minimum of two years).
- Ideally have exposure to Workbench, but training will be provided if needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills.
