
Senior Support Coordinator

This role involves providing timely, accurate and professional support and assistance to the Regional Assistant Director and core regional office team.
- Office management duties include maintaining a regional events calendar, report writing, presentations and communication skills.
- Effective interfacing with internal and external stakeholders and customers is essential.
The successful candidate will contribute to enabling students to achieve their full potential in line with the Mission of Catholic Education.
Key responsibilities include:
- Administrative tasks such as office management, report writing, presentations and communication skills.
- Maintaining a regional events calendar, coordinating events and activities.
- Providing administrative support to the Regional Assistant Director and core regional office team.
Requirements for this role are:
- A valid Australian Driver's Licence and eligibility to work within Australia.
- A National Police Check, or ability to obtain if the successful candidate.
- Certificate IV in Business Administration, or similar qualification preferred.
- At least 5 years experience in a busy office environment, preferably in an assisting role to a senior executive.
Preferred qualities for this role are:
- Excellent written communication skills, including preparation of correspondence, presentations, reports, briefing papers etc.
- Effective verbal communication skills, including consultation and negotiation, with ability to engage with all levels of staff.
- Outstanding organisational skills, work planning and time management, with ability to prioritise, remain calm under pressure and focused.
