Global Retail is seeking a skilled Chief Product Supply Strategist to join its planning team.
This high-impact role requires extensive collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and refining short- and long-term demand and merchandise plans based on historical data, sales trends, promotions, market intelligence, and seasonality.
This includes managing Open-to-Buy (OTB) frameworks to support inventory investment decisions, budget alignment, and margin optimisation.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in product supply strategy, strong strategic and analytical skills, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Developing channel-specific planning across eCommerce and physical retail, ensuring SKU assortment and forecasting meet differing consumer behaviours and fulfilment models.
- Partnering closely with international retail partners to ensure alignment of stock availability, forecast expectations, and replenishment cadence.
- Using advanced Excel modelling to drive accuracy in inventory projections, sell-through analysis, and inventory turnover targets.
- Working with the merchandising team to support new product introductions, range rationalisations, and category planning efforts.
- Monitoring KPIs such as forecast accuracy, sell-through rates, inventory turns, and margin contribution, recommending corrective action where needed.
