Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Program Coordinator to join our team at the Ministry of Justice.

The role is a key part of our Culture and Capability department, supporting the delivery of learning initiatives and maintaining our Learning Management System (THRIVE).

Main Responsibilities:
  • Administer, maintain, troubleshoot issues, and improve our Learning Management System (Totara-based)
  • Provide guidance on LMS solutions to meet learning needs
  • Upload course content and manage learner profiles
  • Respond to customer queries and maintain training tools and templates
  • Coordinate program logistics, reporting, and communications
  • Support procurement processes, including maintaining contract registers
  • Foster positive relationships across internal teams and external partners
Requirements:
  • Experience with Learning Management System administration (Totara preferred)
  • Experience in administration, coordination, or customer support
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
  • Understanding of adult learning principles is beneficial
