Project Leadership Role

 

  • Lead and coordinate all aspects of land development projects, focusing on greenfield subdivisions.
  • Oversee project planning, development submissions, and handovers, ensuring timely completion, efficiency, and budget control.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, sub-contractors, and stakeholders to achieve optimal results.
  • Ensure accurate invoicing and maintain comprehensive financial records throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Promote a culture of excellence within the team by upholding quality assurance standards.

About You:

  • Proven experience in delivering end-to-end land development projects, especially greenfield subdivisions.
  • Strong foundation in civil engineering, land development, and project management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Confident in client interactions, including real conversations and relationships.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or similar field, with practical knowledge of construction methodologies, design principles, and relevant statutory requirements.
