**Job Summary**: Provide direct support to project managers by assisting with project governance and administration, attending meetings on behalf of the manager when required.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate design, construct and relocation activities associated with transitioning to a new head office location.
  • Maintain sound and open communication with internal and external project teams.
  • Plan and coordinate activities for day 1 operations at the new office to minimize downtime post relocation.
  • Work closely with the change management team to plan & implement activities such as staff orientations tours of the new office, how we operate in the new premises etc.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams and facilitate collaboration and communication to ensure key stakeholders are informed of project progression.

**Requirements:**

  • 3-5+ years' experience in facilities project management environments.
  • Experience working with large project multifunctional project teams and supporting enterprise change.
  • Office relocation experience.
  • Building make good obligations will be highly regarded.
  • Stakeholder engagement capability.
