About the Role
You will enjoy flexibility and autonomy in managing your day, while benefiting from the support of a strong, close-knit team of driven healthcare professionals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Case Management: Manage caseloads effectively, alleviated by the support of Rehabilitation Assistants.
- Return-to-Work Outcomes: Apply clinical knowledge to improve return-to-work outcomes.
- Injury Prevention & Education: Work with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention programs.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with injured workers, employers, medical professionals, and allied health experts.
- Assessments & Evaluations: Complete various assessments, including Functional Capacity Evaluations, Worksite Assessments, and Ergonomic Assessments.
- Virtual Reality Pain Education: Deliver our innovative Re-thinking Recovery program.
Qualifications & Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will possess:
- Tertiary Qualification in Osteopathy
- Full Professional Registration with AHPRA (or eligibility to obtain upon graduation)
- Previous Experience in Occupational Rehabilitation (highly regarded)
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Compassion, Kindness, and Empathy
- Strong Time Management Skills
- Current Valid Driver's License & Access to Own Car with comprehensive insurance.
