Communications Associate Role

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Expert Guidance: Offer expert guidance on communication best practices to teams and leaders across the business.
  • Community Engagement: Maintain a strong, consistent presence across social media platforms and foster community engagement.
  • Visual Content Creation: Contribute to the development of visually appealing materials by assisting with image selection, layout design, and creative execution.
  • AI-Powered Tools: Leverage AI content creation tools to enhance efficiency and support scalable, high-quality messaging across channels.

About You

  • Tertiary Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Communications or a related field.
  • Corporate Experience: Demonstrated experience in corporate communications and/or public relations.
  • Writing and Editing Skills: Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and tone.
  • Digital Platforms: Experience using AI-powered tools for content creation and workflow enhancement, digital platforms such as Contentful and Meltwater.
  • Visual Content Tools: Proficiency in Canva or similar tools to support visual content creation.
  • Social Media Management: Experience managing social media channels and moderating content.
