Job Summary

This role involves designing and maintaining mechanical systems for hydrocarbon storage and distribution. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 2 years of experience.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and maintain mechanical systems for hydrocarbon storage and distribution, including feasibility studies, detailed design, and engineering calculations.
    • Prepare costings and proposals, attend customer sites to scope works, support installations, oversee commissioning, and provide ongoing technical troubleshooting.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget while ensuring adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, and documentation requirements.
    • Support product development, monitor system performance, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including enhancements to the hire fleet offering.
  • Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering with a minimum of 2 years' experience.
    • Member of the National Engineering Register.
    • Chartered Status (CPEng) preferred.
    • The ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively across all levels of the company as well as with customers and suppliers.
    • The ability to confidently present recommendations and ideas internally and externally.
