About this Role
We are seeking a skilled IT professional to join our team in providing technology services across the organisation.
This is a high-profile and highly visible role with key responsibility for service delivery to end users.
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering first and second-level support on site at our North Sydney office and work with users across multiple sites.
- Supporting the Service desk, field services and IT procurement functions
- Staff on/off boarding & IT training
- Unified Communications (including voice and video)
- File and Print Services
- Data storage and management
- Internet Services and Data Networks
- Meeting room & board room management
- End point management including laptops, desktops, iPads, phones & tablets
Key Responsibilities
As a Technology Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing timely and effective technical support to end users
- Identifying and resolving technical issues
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Developing and implementing technical solutions to improve service delivery
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A strong background in IT support and/or related field
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- ITIL Certification
