We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Storeperson to join our team at Rexel Australia's Slacks Creek branch. As a Storeperson, you will play a vital role in maintaining a well-run storeroom, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our branch.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a clean and organized storeroom, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
- Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Load and unload deliveries, pick, pack, and dispatch orders, receive goods in and out, and manage inventory and stock levels.
- Operate a forklift safely and efficiently, adhering to all relevant safety protocols.
- Champion a strong safety culture, identifying and reporting any hazards or near-miss incidents.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with previous stores or warehousing experience desirable.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Current forklift license desirable.
