About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Storeperson to join our team at Rexel Australia's Slacks Creek branch. As a Storeperson, you will play a critical role in maintaining a well-run storeroom and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized storeroom, ensuring all stock is accurately stored and easily accessible.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Load and unload deliveries, pick, pack, and dispatch orders, and receive goods in and out of the storeroom.
  • Conduct regular stocktakes and inventory checks to ensure accuracy and minimize stock discrepancies.
  • Operate a forklift safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with previous stores or warehousing experience desirable.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Current forklift license desirable.
