The Sydney office is looking for an experienced Bid Manager to take ownership of the tender process, ensuring every submission is strategic, high-quality, and delivered on time.
This role will put you at the heart of the action, working closely with senior leaders, technical specialists, and project teams to secure some of the most exciting commercial and infrastructure projects in the market.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of bids and tenders, from initial opportunity to final submission
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop tailored, persuasive, and compliant proposals
- Maintain and enhance bid libraries, templates, and content to continuously improve submission quality
- Work with senior leaders to identify opportunities, shape win strategies, and track pipeline activity
- Coordinate multiple bids simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and compliance standards are met
- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve future bid outcomes
