Acute Nursing Professional Wanted

A leading health service provider seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to join their acute services clinical team in a casual capacity. The successful candidate will work with the clinical leadership team providing after hours oncall service to the local community.
The nurse will be responsible for ensuring patients are encouraged to partner in care planning, goal setting and decision making, and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to achieve desired health outcomes.
To be successful in this role you will have advanced clinical skills with experience in emergency nursing and medical/surgical nursing, as well as demonstrated ability to assess clinical situations and prioritise in a flexible and adaptable way.
The successful candidate will also be a competent communicator and able to liaise across the multi-disciplinary team. Ongoing support and personal and professional development opportunities will be provided.
You will maintain clinical standards and best practice through continual quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based risk management strategies. You will also encourage a positive working team environment by fostering ADH values and facilitating education and support for junior staff.
The position requires flexibility and the ability to work all shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
