Our organization is seeking a strategic and visionary leader to spearhead our technical strategy.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with our business objectives, while driving innovation through automation and AI-enhanced productivity tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a technology roadmap aligned with business goals
  • Evaluate emerging technologies to maintain industry leadership
  • Drive innovation through automation and AI-enhanced productivity tools
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional technical teams
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence
  • Oversee recruitment, development, and retention of top talent
  • Product Development: Oversee design and deployment of software and hardware products
  • Ensure quality, reliability, and security across all platforms
  • Collaborate on product roadmaps and manage technical debt
  • Technical Operations: Ensure reliability and scalability of infrastructure
  • Implement best practices for development and testing
  • Manage technical resources
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate strategy to executive leadership and key stakeholders
  • Represent the company at industry events and forums
  • Build relationships with partners, customers, and vendors

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field
  • 10+ years in technology leadership roles, ideally within critical communications
  • Proven success in leading technical teams and delivering complex projects
  • Strong understanding of RoIP, radio dispatch systems, and embedded technologies
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
