Senior Researcher Position

The Senior Researcher is a pivotal role in the Population Child Health (PCH) Research Group.

About the Opportunity:
  • This position entails leading research projects, collaborating with stakeholders, and contributing to publications and grant acquisition.
  • Applicants should have a PhD in health services research, epidemiology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of research excellence.
  • Experience in translation intervention research and grant income generation is highly desirable.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct high-quality research and contribute to scholarly publications.
  2. Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including clinicians, policymakers, and academic partners.
  3. Develop and implement research strategies and drive collaboration and outcomes.
  4. Support competitive grant acquisition and meaningful partnerships.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • PhD in health services research, epidemiology, psychology, or non-lab-based child health research.
  • Commitment to staying current with discipline knowledge and developments.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Able to work in a team and collaborate across disciplines.
